Darla Sutton

Darla Sutton is a long-haul truck driver who sings — twenty years of overnight freight in a weathered, plainspoken contralto. Her faith rides with her: a picture on the dash, a Bible by her side, and Jesus riding shotgun down every empty road. She has exactly one recording, "Jesus Rides Shotgun," created by Joel Cochran and owned by Project Moosed — one song, recorded once, and enough.
